SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, Rayne and Hay are only shipping within the UK. 

​

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay. 

​

We have two postage options:

1. Standard Shipping for orders under £50  - £3.95

2. Free shipping for all orders over £50

​

We post everything out within 24 hours of the order being received , though please note we do not ship orders on Sundays.

POSTAGE DISCLAIMER

​

We make every effort to carefully, and securely wrap every order we post to our customers to try and ensure it is delivered in perfect condition. 

​

Should an order be returned to us if the recipient was unable to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge our standard shipping cost of £3.95 for the item to be redelivered.

​

We do not accept liability for incorrect delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided on the order.

​

We do not accept liability for orders not delivered for reasons beyond our control, such as fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.

​

In the event that there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@rayneandhay.co.uk with your order number and any photos.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

​

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied and wish to return your order, please let us know by emailing us at hello@rayneandhay.co.uk within 14 days of delivery quoting your order number. Please do not send an item back to us without contacting us first. 

​

Once we receive your order, a refund or exchange will be processed within 2 business days and credited back to the card you used to make the original purchase within 5 business days. 

​

Please note that as a small business we are unable to compensate for postage costs and therefore do not include them in our refund policy.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned: 

​

We are unable to accept returns, for hygiene reasons,  earrings, personal care goods (such as beauty products) and fragrances ,   or any item that has been used, returned without packaging or in an unsaleable condition.

​

Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE or discounted items, unless faulty or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items Damages and issues

​

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if  damaged or you receive  the wrong item, please  contact us immediately by emailing  us at hello@rayneandhay.co.uk  so we can evaluate the issue and put it right. Please include photos of the damaged/faulty item

Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. Damaged or faulty items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior arrangements confirmed.
